Our refund and exchange policy comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind.

Chipmunks Playland Day Passes, Gift Cards and Multi Entry Passes
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on cancellations for our range of playground passes and gift cards.
Birthday Parties & Private Hire
A deposit is required to secure a party or event booking. The deposit is non-refundable. We required full payment to be made at least 72 hours before your booking. Full payment is non refundable when cancelled within 72 hours of your booking time.
Covid -19 Booking Policy - Book with Confidence
With current levels of uncertainty within the community, we understand that our customers may be reluctant to plan future parties or events. We want to ensure that our customers can book their Chipmunks experience knowing they have the flexibility to move their booking if required due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Bookings can now be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future. All payments and deposits paid will be held in credit.

Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Covid-19 Booking Policy will continue to be provided through relaxation of restrictions, subject to government restrictions.
Payment Disputes
Chipmunks Morayfield has implemented ROLLER Software to manage our booking, ticketing and payment processing.
Any transactions will be displayed on your bank statement as a charge by Chipmunks Morayfield via rllr.co.
