"We recently celebrated our daughter’s 1st birthday at Chipmunks North Lakes and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and organised. They made the whole process so smooth and stress-free, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy the special day with our family and friends.
The play equipment was fantastic — safe, fun and suitable for little ones, which was especially important for a 1st birthday. All the kids had an absolute ball. James and the team were amazing, attentive and helpful throughout the whole event. Nothing felt rushed, and every detail was taken care of. It truly made our daughter’s 1st birthday such a memorable and joyful experience.
