"We had a pleasant experience celebrating our daughter’s birthday yesterday. The party helper was kind and attentive, which we really appreciated. We're giving 4 stars because there’s still a bit of room for improvement—for instance, the reserved seating area felt somewhat congested, and also the microphone was difficult to hear at times.
That said, everyone had a great time, especially the kids who truly enjoyed themselves."
